Dumbest Parents Ever!

Star is reporting that a couple of days ago, Sean Preston fell out of his high chair, and then it took six days for Britney and Kevin to figure out something was wrong. They took him to the hospital, and low and behold, the baby has a skull fracture. Six days. Anyways. This weekend DPS showed up at their home to question the parents. I think we can now safely say that Britney and Kevin are the worst parents among celebrities
